I have been a mitigation film expert since 2012, directing & producing short form mitigation films for post conviction relief at sentencings, plea negotiations, as well as films for clients in capital/death penalty cases (ie eligibility, trial, & clemency, etc). I work with public defenders, retained counsel as well as criminal defendants directly.

I have held CLEs about mitigation film theory & practice at numerous FPD offices throughout the country as well as in person seminars for the Federal Defenders' Training Division, The American Bar Association, NACDL, NASAMS, Brooklyn Defenders and other organizations.

A victim’s story can only truly be understood in the context of their entire life. Telling that story in a truthful and powerful way can make a significant different for clients in the civil litigation process. I have worked with counsel to craft compelling narratives and producing impactful films in civil cases ranging from defamation to personal injury.
